Fortunato Removing header

Dear WordPress experts,

I am new to this forum and I have quickly found out that a lot of the wordpress themes are forcing the header theme on all pages, I wonder if anyone can help me change my header.php so that the header/front page of the theme is only viewed on specific pages or home page only.. I have two themes I would like help with if I may, here are the header.php for both:

1. Fortunato

2. NeroCity
