    Hello it will very nice, if you can put what kind of formula support the calculators, because for example, the protein intake calculators have different kind of formulas.

    Can you tell us? So we can explain it on our sites?

    Sure, there is a proper logic behind added in calculating it.
    I will add notes about that somewhere in the admin section so that admin can see the calculation logic.

    Please update the plugin.
    – Formulas used for Water and Protein intake calculators hava been linked as a document in the admin settings page of the plugin.
