    Quando um novo usuário precisa se registrar no site, preenche todos os dados mas ao clicar em enviar, nada acontece- o cadastro n?o é feito. Seu usuário e senha, n?o pode realizar o curso.

    Como resolver?

    Please make sure you have updated MasterStudy theme and MasterStudy LMS plugin to the latest versions.

    While investigating, I was able to register/log in on your site. Let me know if I missed something, some screenshots or screen recording describing the issue would be helpful.

    Hello!
    Yes, everything is in its latest version, plugins and themes updated. I had to turn off the “PRO” plugin, which is why you were able to access it. As soon as it is turned on, the site stops working.
    There really is a conflict problem, and without it I lose its functionality.

    Thank you for letting us know the theme and plugins are up to date. The possible reason for the issue may be an incompatibility between the plugins on your site. So, can you please try by deactivating third-party plugins which may arise the incompatibility issue?
