Formular with Profile picture upload not working

  • Hallo,
    i’ve got a profile picture upload in my registration formular which is shown in the membersarea and everything worked perfektly. until last week, now when someone registers and uploads a foto, it is not shown anymore.
    please help.

    The metakey is set to: userphoto
