Forms won’t allow new sections or fields to be added

    When attempting to add a new section and fields to any of the forms on rcginc.com, the drag and drop feature won’t let me drag to a specific place on the form but will only insert the field at the bottom. Then when I try to move it up, a bunch of non-functional greyed out and dash-bordered boxes appear below it. Or, in the case of my test form, once I have saved it I can no longer add any fields at all, and there is a black dot separating each field I added before I saved. Weird stuff. Can anyone help? I’ve been using VFB Pro for years and never experienced this before.

    I also notice that the “section” field option is gone.

    Have the same problem. Can not move the fields!

    It seems to have had something to do with the fact that I switched from the VFB Classic to Pro. The section field is not available in pro. The only way to rectify my problem was to completely recreate my forms. Pain in the you know what but they work now.

    While I was able to work around this problem, I now have a new one with form emails not being received. Sigh.
