Forms sending sometimes, sometimes not

    On this page and another one on the same website — https://filledandfreed.com/virtual-groups/ — I have forms that are sometimes sending through and getting to my email (several tests I’ve done and one sign-up), and sometimes not (two people have told me they signed up online, but I never got an email from their registration). Yes, I’ve checked my spam, trash, and junk folders.

    *I’m signing people up for a class with limited seating, so missing some registrations is a critical problem.*

    Sorry to hear you’re having email delivery issues! To troubleshoot the issue, you can check your notification settings by comparing them with our tutorial on how to set up form notifications.

    If your notification settings are correct, but you are still having delivery issues, this is likely due to the email filter settings of your receiving email account that are designed to combat spam.

    To fix this, you’ll need to configure a SMTP plugin on your site. This authenticates the notification emails that are sent, so the email filters settings recognize the emails as legitimate.
