All forms say False. The only one that will work is the original one, but I can’t add captcha phone number or anything. What is going on?

  • Which version do you have installed?

I just rolled back, it was the newest version. It says 3.09 now. The form works now, but don’t receive emails or doesn’t send anything. Seems like this may be too much of a hassle.

I had a similar problem with emails not getting delivered. My websites are all hosted by GoDaddy, so this may or may not be your issue. Basically, I discovered that I needed to modify the MX Entry for the domain in question to make the forms work.

You can do this through the cPanel on your server. Basically, I had to switch it from Local Mail Exchanger to Remote Mail Exchanger. After I did that, everything was fine. I hope this helps you.

My site has not problems sending email. This form plugin was included in my theme, it seemed to work until an update a few days ago.

Then you probably shouldn’t have written this:

“The form works now, but don’t receive emails or doesn’t send anything.”

? Ok. It allows me to put fields in now, but it does not send an email to the admin or customer.

I have same issue, Installed plugin, created form, preview did not show form, now form edit screen shows ‘? False’ on each field.
