Forms Plugin has disappeared and form doesn’t work

    I had a form set up on the above page but it has vanished and so has the plugin. I thought I’d try to reinstall the plugin but I get a message saying the root folder is already there. If I look at my list of plugins though, WPForms is not there.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the trouble!

    When we see this error, it’s generally because the WPForms plugin folder is already on the site — but for some reason doesn’t get recognized within WordPress.

    I’m not sure whether this is a server or WordPress glitch, but the good news is that this is easily fixable by following this guide.
