forms on mobile show error message after submission

    Hi there,

    My forms on mobile receive the following message after submission: an error occurred while processing the form. please try again.

    The forms work fine on desktop and I only have this problem on mobile. I tried inactivating other plugins and clearing cache however this doesn’t fix the issue.

    Hope you are doing fine!

    If you are getting a “an error occurred while processing the form” message, it may be necessary to change the rendering of the form. Could you access the?Behavior > Rendering?section in the form and make sure the?“Load Form Using Ajax”?is enabled? This will call the contents of the form once the page has loaded and avoid any cache issues in mobile.

    Please try the suggested configuration and let know if you get the expected results.

    Hi there, Thanks a lot, that fixed the issue.

    I also realised that page reload in the method section fixes the issue as well, however there will be a page reload which is not convenient for me.
