Forms on different sites created, now not visible?!

Hy there,
I am finishing my site that use this Traveler theme.
I have WPML installed and I think all was fine, I created 4 different forms connected and visible here:
- psh-sponzori.com.hr/lineams/contact-us/
- https://psh-sponzori.com.hr/lineams/cs/kontakt/
- https://psh-sponzori.com.hr/lineams/de/kontakt/
- https://psh-sponzori.com.hr/lineams/hr/kontakt/
But now when i go to WP admin I see just 2 forms?? I am not sure how to send print screen within this message, but that is my situations. Who to contact for help, you or the theme support??

HEre are visible 2 forms, but in fact I created and connected with page 4 forms, each form for 1 language, but now cannot see the forms?!
