Forms not working and cant get into My Forms

  • I recently downloaded everything from the CaptainForms storge onto my own storage. Now it seems like my forms arent working (forms still appear but no email comes to me when they get completed) and when I try to get into My Forms or New Form all I get is my Account page.
    I think I’m losing registrations to my event so any help asap would be great thanks
