Forms not visible when I create them

Hello guys. I hope you are doing fine. I have been using CF7 for several months, today I login as usual and tried to create one form, I put all the fields and clicked on the “Save” button, a notification was displayed that the form was created successfully, but when I searched for it, it doesn’t exist, I have done the same exercise for other 7 forms, but they are not displayed in my forms list. Can you please let me know which should be the error or how to fix it. Best regards…!!
