Forms not Validating or Sending

The contact forms on my website are not sending or displaying any validation. When testing, I leave the fields blank and click submit, there is no validation or error messages. When I fill in the fields and click submit, nothing happens and there is no confirmation of the form being sent. It just refreshes the page. I have disabled my other plugins to isolate the problem and it is still the same. I have deleted the plugin via FTP and reinstalled it, still no change. I have placed contact form 7 forms on other sites without any problems. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I contacted my hosting provider and they have run tests on their server and everything is fine on their end. Is there something else that I can try?
