• We have many contact forms on our website (blogzillastudio.com), and we have been having issues since the very beginning with customers submitting forms and getting success messages, but the forms not actually going through. This happens on a variety of browsers and computers, and it seems to be completely random. It’s very important for us to get messages that customers have submitted, and it’s very frustrating for our customers when their messages don’t go through. Can you help resolve this issue?

We use Gmail, and occasionally, messages are marked as Spam. However, we always check our Spam folder and retrieve those messages. There are additional messages that are not making it to the Spam folder. Is there anything else that may be going on?

The spam issue is not about you using Gmail & checking your spam folder – it’s about mail servers around the world seeing your email as spam. The links I suggested explain the issues in detail.

?You should also consider using a submission storage plugin like Contact Form DB or Contact Form 7 Storage to save all your CF7 form submits to the WP database. These are often used by experienced WP users – they provide a robust record of all form submissions even when things go a little wrong.

Many people also use Flamingo – another plugin by Takayuki Miyoshi.

My experience is that the submission storage plugins are very robust and rarely fail to save a CF7 form submit. In your case it will allow you to get some info what’s happening with your form submits.
