Forms Not Submitting

    We are having an
    issue with our online forms not submitting correctly. After submission
    a message comes up saying “Fatal Error” How can this be fixed? We need
    it corrected ASAP, thank you!

    Hi, @wheeler86!

    Thanks for posting about this issue!

    The following is the case when this error appears. If you have an Email field added to your form, set as Email From on Form Options > Email Options, but it is left blank when filling out the form.

    So please make sure the Email field is required. Users won’t be able to leave it blank, and the error will not be thrown.
