    Hi,

I recently upgraded the BF plugin (2.0.6) (post WP 4.7 upgrade) and ever since I have been having an issue with the UNREGISTERED user submit button. The button doesn’t do anything. You click on it and it will NOT submit anything. It says you have to be registered to use this form. I have the BF permissibility set to:

Public Submittability: Access for unregistered users (checked)
Enable Login on the form: None
    Create an account?: (unchecked)

Logged In User Access says “OFF”

I tested the BF plugin on the WP Twenty Sixteen theme alone, with NO OTHER PLUGIN ACTIVATED and the issue was still there. Can you kindly help me figure out what is wrong with the forms. The forms work fine when you’re logged in, BUT I want UNREGISTERED users to use the forms.

Here are the links to the forms that are not working:

    Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @hopecenter

I was able to see the issue on your site. Please contact the support via the help desc. https://docs.buddyforms.com if possible sent admin user credentials to your wp install. I like to check your settings.

    Thanks,
    Sven

    Hi @hopecenter,

I think I not hear back from you. I have done some js debug on your site as I wanted to know the reason of the issue. I can see the ajax returns a 0. I will catch this in the upcoming version and create a error message.

For me it looks like a conflict with a other plugin calling admin ajax in a wrong way.

As next step you would deactivate all other plugins and check if the issue still exist.

If not reactivate the plugins one by one until the issue pop up. If you find the conflicting plugin I can investigate deeper.

I will set this issue to resolved until you come back to me. I not think it’s an issue in the plugin.

    Cheers,
    Sven
