Forms not showing up from FS Contact Form

  • I am presently running Fast Secure Contact Form 4.0.41 as well as CFDB 2.9.16. All was installed and working then 2 things occurred.

    1. I changed the name of the site, doubt this is an issue but I am new to this.
    2. I upgraded to 4.4.2 of WP

    After that the form disappeared in the “Select a form” window. I tried some of the recent suggestions and deleted and reinstalled the CFDB plugin, submitted a new form and sill nothing.

    Is there something I missed? Suggestions?

  • The same for me. If you installed Contact Form DB after form created, you will see a blank option in the drop down. But if you create forms after the plugin installed, you will see.

    @ theycallmegosu1982 that is not quite right. It doesn’t matter when you create the form. But CFDB will list the form after it captures the first form submission. CFDB doesn’t know anything about form definitions. It only knows about form submissions.
