Forms not showing in widget dropdown

  • Hi,
    We have installed the latest version of WP and the Formstack plugin. However, we are experiencing issues with the widget – the dropdown lists all of the forms apart from three. We’ve disabled and re-enabled the plugin, but we are still experiencing the same issue. We’d appreciate any help you can offer…

    How many total forms are we dealing with here? Is it possible those 3 are not published ?

    Hi Michael,

    It would appear that all forms are published. If it helps, I can ask the client to provide access to the WP dashboard and Formstack account.

    I would prefer at most just the WordPress access and not the Formstack account access.
