Forms not showing in admin dashboard anymore

    Hi,

    my forms are working on my website but I do not see the forms anymore in my admin dashboard. This is strange. For 8 other WordPress sites I manage I perfectly see my forms in the admin dashboard. I have WPML on 4 websites and I see the forms in the admin dashboards for these sites as well. Except the one I have the problem.

    Is this a common problem or something special?

    What information do you need for solving the problem?

    Try deactivating WPML.

    Same issue here. I have 3 CF7 forms. If I disable WPML multilingual CMS they re-appear. If I only disable “Contact form 7 multilingual” then 2 forms re-appear. To date I have not yet done anything with translations. WPML has been giving me quite some issues lately with their 4.3x update.

    UPDATE: not only my forms had disappeared , I also got a message about wrongly configured email settings in my forms with a link to validate them. Clicking on that link resulted in the message disappearing (no forms found) but my forms did not re-appear.

    I have fully disabled WPML for now

    As my site is online and totally broken down without WPML I will ne deactivate it for now. After what I read here from @clipper87 I am sure the forms will reappear then (although it is strange that the forms are there for my other three WPML sites). But what then?

    Is it possible to adjust some parameters in the database itself?

    Btw, I also tried to see the forms in the other language. No chance, also empty.

    As my frontend works for now I will keep calm and wait if maybe something comes up. Sure I am willing to deactivate WPML for a short time to fix the problem. But at the moment it looks like I can only see the forms and do nothing about it.

    Why don’t you ask the seller of the plugin for support? You’ve paid for it, haven’t you?

    Posting about commercial product is prohibited here. You have no option but to go to WPML’s support.

    Well, I have a problem with CF7, not WPML (which I paid for, sure). So the topic here is the problem I experience with CF7 at the moment – not WPML.

    It is a bit unclear if it is WPML or another reason for the forms not to show up. On three other sites with enabled WPML the forms show. Also the configuration and settings on all sites are not very different.

    So at the moment you do not have an idea in mind about the problem here? Yes, I could and I will ask in the WPML forum for support. As I said, I am a bit unsure what causes the problem here.
