Forms not showing for editing

    WordPress 4.8.1
    Visual Form Builder Version 2.8

    The form is working on the site, but when I go to edit the form it shows that we have none.
    I then created a new test form, and neither that one or the others are showing up to be able to edit.

  • Hi there! I would suggest going ahead and updating to the latest version of VFB – 2.9.3 via your Plugins section in WordPress. Also, just to cover the bases, I would suggest deactivating all plugins except for VFB and see if this remedies the issue.

    Hello VFB team,

    I am facing the same issue on my website.The form is working on the site, but when I go to edit the form it shows that we have none. I have also tried everything according to the instructions given by you like updating the plugin version, deactivating other plugins etc but no success.

    I would request you to please help me to resolve the issue on higher priority.
