    Hi
I am using this plugin newest version – but I have a big problem.
It is not displaying anything except for the title on the default pages – I ahve made a clean wordpress install and the only plugin is ultimate member.

When I check the code with Chrome DevTools I can see the html markup but there is nothing on the page.

I haven’t change anything in the setup so I hope someone can help me.
I have tried to download some older versions to if it solved the problem but nothing.

    Please help!

  • Hi,
Have you mbstring enabled in your PHP-settings at host-provider.
With my case, this solve the same issue.

    Hi @budolfsen,

Can you please do a quick conflict test and make sure that it is not caused by theme or plugin conflicts. This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
Please also check the shortcodes on Ultimate member pages and setup in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup.

    Regards.

The only plugin installed is ultimate-member and it’s using twentyseventeen as theme.
MBstring is enabled – but it still doesn’t work.

I even tried to downgrade ultimate-member but still doesn’t work.

I can’t figure out why it doesn’t work – cause nothing is creating a conflict.

And you have cleared cache-plugin and browser history between testing? To be sure, disable cache.
It sounds that there could be “workstation”-problem also. Try with other computer/cellphone or ask your friend to test same. And tackle browser issue, by common try with chrome also. IE and Edge cause conflicts also in some case.

Chromes browser history and cache is cleared – tested it on firefox works like a charm so now I am even more confused….

    I will keep testing ??

So you did your changes to site before you use firefox again. And you have windows 10 in your device?
This is most common issue with developing site. To be sure with fuctionality-problems, you have to clear all histories and caches, and even reboot your workstation ??

Everything works now – thanks for all the help ??
