    Within the form, whenever a person uses an email such as;

    yahoo, gmail, sky

    it will not send to my email, although it sits in the raw data of form submissions, it also means these people are not getting my automated response.

    I hope you’re well today!

    This is affecting only specific e-mai providers rather than specific e-mail addresses, right?

    Is the sender (from) e-mail in such case also in domain of one of those big providers (e.g. it’s a gmail address) or is it in your custom domain?

    If it’s custom domain, please note that recently big providers have tightened their security restrictions and are now very strictly checking certain e-mail configuration aspects before deciding whether to accept or reject messages. Specifically, it’s about SPF, DKIM and DMARC records – which used to be “recommended” but not that strictly checked.

    Since this February Gmail and Yahoo (with more providers joining all the time) begun enforcing correct settings of these DNS records so it became very important to have them all properly set.
