Forms not sending data to my email

    when sending form data not receiving it when using a mobile devise on the pc it works not on mobile via out website?

    Could you kindly provide the website URL? Also, it would be helpful to know if submissions made from a mobile device are being added in the submissions found in WP Admin -> Form Maker -> Submissions.
