Forms not sending

  • Hello,

    When a user fills out the form, they receive a confirmation email. However I never get an email with what they are sending.

    In the “send to field” I have tried entering both “select a field” with [email protected] and [email protected][control_1622839261]

    I’ve also tried just putting “enter email” into the Send to field and choosing [email protected] to send to.

  • I am having the same issue on a client’s website. We set up a form for workshop registrations. While there was one successful submission a few days ago, my client did not receive it, and I just submitted a test of the form, and it was not recorded in the Submissions list. His workshop comes up in a couple of weeks, so we need help very soon.
