Need help troubleshooting, as I’m not sure where to begin.

After using Fluent Forms for a while I suddenly could not save the forms that I was using unless I deleted the datepicker field and made sure the text in html fields was not centered.

This soulds really odd to me and I would love to hear if anyone has an idea what might cause this behaviour.

There may be other fields that would prevent the plugin from saving the form, but these are the ones I’ve run into.

    All the best, Th

    Hello @thorirv,

This issue might be caused by a firewall or security rule blocking certain requests, especially when saving the form. Some firewalls or security plugins may block AJAX requests related to specific input types, like the datepicker or certain HTML elements.

To troubleshoot, please check the browser console and the Network tab for any errors when trying to save the form. If you see any errors, please share a screenshot so we can analyze the issue further.

Additionally, if you’re using a security plugin or a web application firewall (WAF), try temporarily disabling it and see if that resolves the issue. Let us know what you find!

    Thank you

Thanks for your detailed reply, @amimulihsanmahdi, the save request was indeed caught by a WAF rule. Now that it has been disabled, saving the forms works as expected.

    All the best, Th.
