Forms not displaying

    We’ve installed the 123ContactForm for WordPress and we are able add our form using the API key. The issue is that we can only see the form on the site when we are logged into our WordPress site. If you are not logged in, the form does not show up on the page. Are we missing a setting or something somewhere?

    Hello. Thank you for reaching out. Could you please remove the plugin and publish the form again? In this how to article: Publish on WordPress there are two publishing methods explained and we recommend that you try both. If you still encounter issues after republishing, please contact us via email at [email protected] to be able to start an investigation.

    Both methods had been attempted prior to the original post. We have repeated the methods and the form still does not show up. We will email the support address supplied.

    Hi @123contactform I have the same issue I’m using WordPress 5.3.4 the form shows up on preview mode but ones it’s published we can see it, we already tried all of the suggestions above also the two publishing methods
