Forms keeps on loading

    Hi Team,

    We have installed the plugin and it was working fine, until few days back it stopped working and form keeps on loading on submission.

    Can you please have a quick look and we have these logs in error_logs.

    Logs:

    Hi @777anesh,

    → Did you check the theme or plugin conflict on your website? because It looks like there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any other plugin.

    Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Deactivate all plugins except the latest version of the WP User Frontend Plugin.
    • Use a default theme such as twenty-twenty or twenty-twenty-one.
    • Use the default language on your website.
    • Make sure you’re using PHP Version 8.0 on your website.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

    No, I have tried updating PHP, deactivating plugins, theme, and it didn’t work.

    Can you please have a look into plugin and suggest please

    Hello, same or comparable problem here.
    Using/testing WPUF for quite some time now and working correctly, but recently all of a sudden on saving a new post, the site keeps hanging on the create page with the “ring-animation”, doesn’t jump to the created page (or any other configured destination).
    However, the new post does exist and appears correctly on dashboard and can be accessed both for viewing as for editing. When editing the post this problem does not happen and after saving you are correctly redirected to the edited post.
    Troubleshooting mode doesn’t change the issue.
    Locally it does all work well.
    My server is using lsphp80 instead of “normal” PHP.
    Unfortunately I don’t know how or where to look for error logs, sorry…
