    Hello,

I have copied my website to a test environment, there I can see in the database the tables of the plugin, among which there are the forms. When I access WordPress I only have an example form and not all the ones I migrated.

I have also tried to export manually but without success.

What can I do to have the forms exactly as I have them online?

    Thank you

An important note is that the form is displayed in the Fronted correctly. The problem is that I don’t see the list in the WordPress Admin so I can’t edit them either.

    Hello,

Are you unable to access your forms through the Ninja Forms menu within the WordPress Admin? If so, check the plugin version that you’re running. We see this issue a lot for users who are running version 2.9 instead of 3.0 and above.

If you are running version 2.9, refer to our guide on updating and upgrading Ninja Forms from very old versions.

If you are running the most up-to-date version of Ninja Forms, version 3.6.32, and are still experiencing the issue, please reach out to our Customer Success team for more advanced troubleshooting.

    Hello,

it seems that the migration plugin was having problems, I exported the Ninja form tables from phpMyAdmin and imported them from there and now they are working correctly.

    Thank you
