Forms in email are not completed

    What would cause the forms to come through the system totally incomplete?

    All of the fields are just the “User Field:[user-field]” with no completed information.

    It was working fine two days ago. Only change was to run updates.

    I have tried disabling all other plugins and made sure there were no styles used.

    I think it’s theme related.

    What would cause a theme to break the contact form all of the sudden?

    It was working 2 days ago..
