Forms in different languages – a solution for multi lang sites

Hi,
I noticed that the only way to create forms in different languages is to set the admin language to the intended form language.
Meaning that if you use admin language in English, it will always create forms with lang=”en-US” dir=”ltr” tags.
If the admin locale is in Hebrew, it will always create forms with lang=”he-IL” dir=”rtl”
So, change the admin language as you need, create and save the form, and then return to your favorite admin language.
For the plugin developer, it would be greate if you’ll address this issue or correct me here.
