Today a customer noticed he could not submit a subscription form on my site. The contents of this form are supposed to be stored in a Google sheet and that used to work fine. I tried to reproduce what the customer experiences and indeed, form is not submitted. The progress wheel keeps spinning infinitely, he had waited for 20 minutes!

Once I disabled the Google Sheets Connector, everything worked fine again.
After that I enabled the plugin again, and it keeps working fine.

To prevent this from happening again, what could have gone wrong?

Today again a customer complaining about a form that gets stuck. So the disable/enable trick only worked very temporarily. Now I have disabled the plugin, until we know what causes this problem.

Hope you can help me with this.

To view the log, I enabled the plugin again.
    The log is empty.
Tried to submit forms, works again. The log stays empty.
But you can imagine that I expect the problem to come back again. So I disabled the plugin, because customers complained two days in a row.

Sorry guys, I guess it has nothing to do with this plugin. Today even with the plugin disabled, a customer ran into the same problem. Maybe it has to do with the caching plugin, as when I flushed the cache, it worked again.

    So for here, case closed!

I have the same issue my form is delayed about 5 seconds which means people are sending the form multiple times, i have disabled the plugin which then makes it run smooth, i look in the log but is empty ps very nice plugin.
