Forms editor not working

  • Hello OptinCat,

    After the recent update the form editor is not working. When I click edit, it is not showing anything in Firefox and in chrome it is returning ‘500’ error. I tried deactivating the plugins one by one and at last after deactivating the WP user Avatar plugin it started working. But the Postbox forms automatic Insertion (Publication tab) is not showing the posts and pages. It is showing only the front page and in other pages the form is not visible. I have another blog with the same theme and plugin. But there everything is working fine.
    What may be the reason for this. Kindly help me with this.

    Hi Pradeep,
    Sorry that you are having this problem.
    Have you tried checking your website PHP version to see if they are both using the same version.

    If the that is the case please try changing the PHP version for the website that is not working well with our plugin to PHP 5.4 or 5.5 depending on it’s current version.
