Forms don’t show up in live website

    Dear concerned,

    I have made some forms by captainform in my localhost. But when I uploaded the website to live server, the forms are not showing and saying that these were built in a different website. I am using the free version. What to do? Please help.

    Hello,

    Could you send us a screenshot at [email protected] with the message that appears when you are accessing the CaptainForm tab on your new website?

    Also, please share with us your support key found in the My Account section and the URL of your new site and we can gladly look into this matter.
