I’ve been trying to wrangle the settings, experimenting with popups and embeds, but no matter what I do, nothing seems to show up on the page.

On the page I’ve included here, there should now be two Hustle modules in multiple variations: 2x Hustle sidebar widgets, inline content top and bottom, and 2x shortcode embeds.

But, as I said, nothing shows up for me.

I’ve got the same issue across all browsers I’ve tried (Safari, Firefox, Chrome for Mac + Firefox for iOS). I’ve tried different Hustle blocks, different display rules, etc.

Space is cleared in the layout for the modules, and they appear in the source code –?so something is obviously happening.

However, all of them have “Opacity: 0” set on the element. Why? And how do I fix it?

Hustle looks like a really great tool, so I really hope you can help.

    Hi @nordtomme,

    Thank you for contacting us.

There may be a few factors causing opacity to be set to 0 instead of 1. Here are some options to check:

    1. See if you have any caching or optimization plugins that could optimize JS assets and thus cause Hustle’s scripts to not run properly? You can do this by temporarily deactivating the optimization plugin.

    2. Go into the modules you have created and check in their Behavior settings. Look for animation option and make to change the animation to any value, save, and then revert the change to no-animation and save again. Clear all cache and re-check.

    3. If the issue still persists, create a backup of your site and run a conflict test. Deactivate all plugins except Hustle and set a default theme like twenty twenty. Check if issue continues. If not, proceed to reactivate plugins one by one until you find the conflict.

    Thank you.

You were right. The conflict test revealed a conflict with a custom feature I had someone make for me.

I should have known to test that before asking. It just never occurred to me that the plugin in question could cause behavior like that.

Anyway, I’ll ask the developer to look into it for me. If there’s any particular documentation you think he might want to look at, let me know. Otherwise, thank you very much for your help. ??

    Hi @nordtomme

I’m afraid there is no documentation for this case, it will require the developer to take a closer look and check why it is happening.

However, if the developer has any question, feel free to ping us.

    Best Regards
    Patrick Freitas
