    I will post a fix for the half filled forms in a couple of minutes. It provokes a fatal PHP error.

    It was obviously not a good choice by the original author to depend on that special date format, but I will not change it, because there should be many people with dates set in their database.

    I completely understand not changing the date formatting. I just need to remember that for next time.

    You should be able to install 14.9.5 now and edit/save your form again.

    If I had just clicked on the little calendar icon the date would have been right …. sighhhh
