Forms do not work even though appear message success in sending

Hi.

Forms do not work even though appear message success in sending.

But:

1. The mails don’t reach the recipients of the web.
2. The email with acknowledgment receipt neither doesn’t reach the user who sent the message.

Why can this happen?
