Forms disappeared, unreliable service. Can anyone recommend an alternate?

We paid for the premium version, spent a lot of time setting up forms, and they just disappeared. I can see on MailMunch’s site that there is 2 accounts associated with my domain – one that is empty and one with all my forms. When I delete the empty account it reappears on it’s own. Something is buggy and unreliable with the service. And what’s really disappointing is the lack of response from the company. If this isn’t a priority 0 issue, I don’t know what is. My marketing is on hold until this is resolved and I am not going to be able to grow my business if this is how they operate.

Can anyone in the community recommend another plug in that gives us more control and doesn’t leave us hanging when things go wrong?
