Forms Disappeared, Please Help

    I’m running a small website and today I logged in and noticed that all of the forms have disappeared, I looked at the plugin and the forms are no longer there.
    I updated the plugin but to no avail. I also tried to re-create a form but was unable to add any fields to it. Any help would be much appreciated!

    I have the same problem. Custom Contact Forms have disappeared off three different websites, and the forms are not listed in the Admin page.

    I’m not sure when this problem first occurred. I’m running WP 4.0 and Custom Contact Forms versions 5.1.0.4 and 5.1.0.5.

    What are you saying about “security vulnerability”?
