Forms disappeared

    Hey guys, i downloaded the plugin, turned on the speed optim. and my forms disappeared. I even put the form plugin into the One-Click exclusion and javascript exclusion. But it is not showing. I use metforms, and i have already seen a thread that somebody had the same issue.
