Forms Disappeared

    Site is using WP 4.3 and latest version of plug in.

    Owner went in to change some text on the page and remove some email addresses and now we cannot get the form to show up at all on the page no matter whether we use the bracket insert or the commented out insert style.

    We have the name of the form correct, and clicked update but no dice.

    What could be wrong? He says he didn’t touch anything else.

    I have made sure my calendar is set to the proper start date and even set up a new page to test the form with no text on it.. still doe not show up.

    What am I missing here?

    Fixed the date, but that wasn’t it.

    Submission limits should be 0 not 1.

    When I fixed that (under Core Form Admin) they showed up.

    ???????
