I am having constantly problems with the forms. They will not be updated correctly, remain in the first draft. Sometimes it is just the preview (welcome mail) and I could ignore it or find a workaround.

But to manage my subscriptions the following message appears:

    https://coaching-petra-lange.de/mein-abo/

This text was in my first draft to establish a form. And now iI cannot get rid of it. What went wrong and how can I solve this? This is a dealbreaker for me.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I have the same issue. I am going to delete the form and start again. What a waste of time.

    Hi there!

But to manage my subscriptions the following message appears:

    https://coaching-petra-lange.de/mein-abo/

Can you please share the exact steps you’re following so that we can try to replicate the error on our test site?

Along with that, please also share a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this error.

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/.
You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Hi, oh yes, the page will leave blank. I inserted a picture of the screenshot that appears on the page https://coaching-petra-lange.de/mein-abo/ so you see what appears. Especially the ‘… *’ sentence is the one I cannot change and need to.
Steps: I went from Mailpoet Settings to the “Manage newsletter subscriptions”. There ist just the page I created and where this weird message appears.

I was looking for a kind of form which I can change, but did not find any.
I do have one form in the form section which I already changed to a newer status as it appears on the page I was showing you.

    So I am actually stuck.

Does this helps you to help me?

    Hi @coachingpl,

This does help a bit, thank you. I’d like to suggest first disabling any caching you have enabled to see if this helps clear up the issue.

If not, please try adding the form to your page using the default WooCommerce Blocks instead of Elementor.

    Please see: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/296-add-a-form-to-your-website-with-mailpoet-gutenberg-block.
