forms configuration on backend not showing properly

  • I’m using CF7 for different site, but in one site, when I go in form configuration the page does not show properly. Normaly the config is structured by tab but the it is links then all the configuration is in a raw and not well structured.

    Any clue what could it be?

    I’m afraid the JavaScript of Contact Form 7 is having issues or not loading.

    It’s possible that some code of your current theme or a plugin you’re using conflicts with CF7. Please create a staging o test installation of your site, switch your current theme to a default one (e.g. Twenty Twenty), disable all plugins, except CF7, and try sending a message.

    By doing this you can determine whether the trouble you face is caused by Contact Form 7 itself, by one of the other plugins or by the theme that you’ve just deactivated.
