• My boss is having trouble with our site’s contact form. Multiple customers are receiving the “auto-flagged as spam” error response, as has she when she’s tried to submit a form herself.

    It’s lucky that a couple of customers have contacted us via other methods and happened to mention the error. We’d had a previous customer have a similar response due to specificity of the field (correct date format, etc.) but not they are all simple text fields, save for email, which should receive a different auto-response if incorrect.

    How do we fix this?
