Forms are not submitting in the site

  • Hello ,

    I’m trying to submit a form in our site : Loxam.re , but none of the form is submitting & getting error we’ve noticed is in the browser’s console – error 500 related to contact-form-7/feedback/.

    I have tried to update the plugin but it didn’t work , we have re-generate reCaptcha v2 & activate in site but no results. please let us know what going wrong here in contact form 7.

  • This seems to be a common problem. How is this marked as resolved when there hasn’t been any replies? How did you resolve it?

    yeah you are right i’m still searching for the solution , do you really think this is common or it might some confilicting issue ??
