Forminator submission missing

    Hi, I use the Forminator forms to collect details of people who have entered events I put on through my website https://www.stepforwardwithlewis.com
    This has worked really well for all my events to date, including the latest a Virtual Run for February.

    The various entry forms for this have all worked, with Stripe receiving a payment, an email being sent to me and the form then appearing in the Submissions list within the Forminator plugin in WordPress; with one exception.
    For some reason Form Number 38 has not been emailed to me and does not appear in the Submissions list.
    Fortunately, the payment has still been received by Stripe, which is good.
    However, this means I do not have the details of this entrant (that would have been on the form) which I need to get in contact with them.
    Is there any reason why this would have happened, and anything I can do to get those details sent through correctly please.
    I am also keen to make sure this does not happen again.

    I hope you’re well today!

    There’s currently an issue in the plugin related to forms that contain Stripe payment – some of them are missing submissions even though the payment goes through.

    I’m very sorry for all the troubles that it causes. Our developers are already aware of this and are working on the fix which should be included in 1.14.9 release.

    I just want to confirm that our QA team approved the fix for this issue and it will be added to 1.14.9 version.
