    Hi,

Following the recommendations to install the stripe app and use the api keys from the app, I installed it in live mode and all went well.

When I installed it in test mode, it resuts in an error.
Clicking “install the application in test mode and again to give the permissions goes well. But on the next screen, “successfully installed..”, the button “proceed to the app settings” doesn’t do anything and the page shows “Cette application a généré une erreur.”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @nomadarod

Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for reaching out to us.

I was able to test the scenario on my lab environment and was able to successfully install the Forminator Stripe app from the Stripe marketplace in both Live and Test Mode. I was not able to replicate the issue you’re facing. It seems to be specific to your setup and needs to be checked further.

To narrow down the issue could you please check if you notice any specific error on the Web Inspector > Console and share a screenshot of the error you notice?
Please refer to the screenshot as to how you can check the console error: https://monosnap.com/file/LOo0j1Yz2HabFichf22GaBFjBljfnI

Additionally, can you please try generating the API Keys for the “Test Mode” manually and see if it works fine?

You can refer to the guide here on how they can be generated manually: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#manual-api-key-creation

    Awaiting your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hi,

I was about to test it for a different site than this one and the screen froze. My laptop restarted itself (no idea how) and i had a firefox update to do. When I was about to test it again, there was actually no issue. The app was already installed and I was able to use the api keys to finish the process.

I did took a screenshot but somehow it was not registered or I can not find it, maybe because of the sudden restart.

    Thank you anyway
    Cheers
