    Hi,

Since upgrading from Forminator 1.15.4 this morning to 1.15.7, my Forminator Forms are not displaying on my Astra / Elementor website. They were working fine yesterday.

When I add the form in Elementor, it now displays all the code on the page. When I go to view it on the website the Form does not display.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    Urgently need a fix please.

    Thanks,
    Stephen

  • I just discovered this exact issue. Worked fine yesterday, not so fine tonight!

Thanks Eric – any idea how we get this escalated to the DEVELOPER for urgent action?

Same issue here, two forms worked fine on previous version, now both only load static text and labels, some text boxes but no other form controls. All the fields text/labels are now visible even if visibility conditions aren’t met and the styling is all wrong, everything is visible on the same screen (despite pagination) – one form is loaded via AJAX on an otherwise cached page and the other is loaded as part of the page (which is not cached). It looks like the JS/CSS isn’t loading correctly.
Have tried removing all other plugins, resetting as well as removing/reinstalling Forminator, using default WordPress theme, tried deleting/reimporting forms.
I have a clone of my site which has the same issue since the update.
Rolling back to 1.15.4 resolved the issue on both my sites…
Not sure if it helps, since using default themes didn’t help, but the theme I use when not troubleshooting is “Sinatra”
Not sure how widespread this is, but it happens for me on two sites, even when stripped back to being close to a bare WP install in regards to theme and other plugins and also with two different forms which also load via different methods, etc…
Any ideas what we can try?
Is there a security implication in not being able to use the latest version?
    Thank you,

Adding the forms to the page via shortcode in a block element seems to have worked for me on both forms.
Adding to the page via the Forminator widget seems to be having issues with the new version for me…
    I’ll update if I encounter other issues…
Try adding the form as a short code in a block instead of via the widget (if you are using the widget originally).

    Hello there all

I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused but it seems that the latest versions have an issue with the Forminator Widget. This is already forwarded to our developers so they can provide a fix in the upcoming release. Meanwhile, you should be able to use a Forminator Shortcode instead and that should work without issues.

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

Best thanks with Short code it work

The shortcode appeared to be working for me however just been doing some more testing & although the form is working my “Visibility” conditions are being ignored.

I’m about to try to roll back the Forminator plugin to 1.15.4.

    Thanks for the update.

Stephen, do you know where I can get a download of 1.15.4 I would love to roll back. the limitations with the shortcode method are really a deal breaker.

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi,

I just noticed that Forminator 1.15.9 has been released.

Can. you please confirm that the issue I raised has been resolved in this issue as I could not see it in the list of fixes?

    Thanks,
    Stephen

    Hi @ssgconline

I hope you are doing well.

It should be included in the 1.15.9 yes.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this upgrade (v1.15.9) has again failed when using the Forminator Widget on my pages.

Luckily I did the PlugIn upgrade in Staging so I didn’t crash my website.

Even using the Shortcode is crashing my forms.

Up to recently the functionality of Forminator was great & far better than other similar plugins but these last 2 updates have left me very concerned.

Not only is the form NOT working on the website, but the upgrade has also destroyed my forms & they can no longer be edited.

Unfortunately, I have no way of sharing screenshots here to show what is happening to my forms.

    Regards,
    Stephen
