    The forms created on this website all worked up until a few days ago… I don’t know if it has to do with the latest plugin update… but everything is up to date WordPress, theme and plugin wise….

    Has this happened to anyone else… What can be done to correct this.

    I hope you are doing well and I am sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    To make sure we are on the same page, by not sending data do you mean:

    – It isn’t sending the data to email but it is visible on Forminator > Submission
    – It is not saving in the Forminator > Submissions either

    Thanks for the reply… it is the former …

    nothing was changed in the settings and would like to know why this is happening… and of course how it can be remedied…

    I did try to resend the form… but it still didn’t send the information… only the email

    Hope this message finds you well, and sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.

    Thanks for the information. As you explained, the form is working since the submissions are being saved, if the emails are not being delivered is not a Forminator issue, since it will only trigger the email function configured in the server.

    In such cases, these are a few things you can perform to find out why email is not working or make it work:

    – Using a SMTP, will guarantee email deliverability not only for submissions, also, for any other WP transactional emails. Our Branda >> Emails >> SMTP have such feature, in addition, you will need an email account from which the emails will be sent.

    – Install a WP Email log plugin, perform a test and see what the logs grab about sending the email.

    – Set a different email account at Forminator Pro >> Email Notifications and see if you are able to get the emails on that account.

    Let us know the results.

    the emails per se are getting through … the data of the form is not attached to the email as it was before … that is my issue

    I am asking as to why I can see the form but it is not attached to the email (which) gets through even if I resend the form

    please advise

    Thanks for clarifying the issue.

    It seems the body of the Forminator Pro >> Email Notifications is empty, could you take a look at it and see if the tags to attach the form content is set?
