Forminator not sending emails

    Hi! I’m using plugin forminator.

    I tried submitting the form by myself and than i checked my emails the email notification not sending.
    I clicked resend notification button in submission page but it still not sending anything to my email.
    I already using alot of emails but it still not work.

    does anyone know the solution of this?

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

    The form not submitting emails can indicate an error on the Form itself or in the wp_mail.

    Forminator will use the WordPress native email function to trigger the email, in case it is not working the email won’t be sent.

    A smile test that you can do is:

    – Go to WordPress > Users > Add new
    – Add a new subscriber user and just use any email that you have access to, keep the checkbox [ ] Send credentials to the new user by email
    – Check if you will receive the credentials.

    In case you don’t receive the email, you can use an SMTP plugin, for this we suggest the WPMU DEV Branda: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/branda/#smtp

    I am having this problem as well. SMTP is configured correctly on my website. No email submissions from a form for the last two months, to any recipients that I specify.
