forminator not send mails

    Hello

    Good Day can you help me i installed forminator and i can receive any email notificaiton for new submissions, do you have a step for me to follow to fix this

    Hi @anxiousmax,

    I’m assuming you meant you could not receive an email notification once a form is submitted?

    In general, Forminator only initiates an action to send the email, it’s your website or the SMTP settings which you have configured that sends the email.

    Could you please use a plugin like “Email Log“, which logs all the emails on your system and re-test again by submitting the form and checking whether the emails are getting listed in the “Email Log” plugin?

    If emails are picked in the Email log plugin, it would mean Forminator is sending the emails and an issue more specific to your hosting provider.

    This would help in giving a better idea of whether the emails are actually getting sent from your website or not.
